In Greece, the most meaningful conversations
happen around a table.
This is that—here in Brooklyn.

This started from something very simple. The way I grew up, around a table, with food, conversation, and the kind of honesty that just happens when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. I wanted to create that here. Not as an event. Not as something to perform in. But as a space where you can slow down, hear yourself, and be in real conversation with others.

That’s what this is.

We meet once a month in my home in Brooklyn, in a small group of women. We gather ourselves—our energy, our attention, our voice—the parts we lose in the rush of everyday life. We gather a pause, a moment to slow down, breathe, and actually hear ourselves again. We gather at the table, because so much of what matters unfolds when we share a meal. We gather our inner resources—not to fix anything, but to reflect, reconnect, and notice what’s quietly asking for space. And we gather as a community—different women, different stories, one shared desire for honesty and connection. Our gatherings follow a soft, simple rhythm—nothing forced, just space for what’s real to unfold.
